FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we move your vehicle.

What areas do you serve?

We haul vehicles across the Pacific Northwest and beyond — Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Illinois — including the I-5, I-84, I-90, I-15, and I-80 corridors. If your route falls outside those areas, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

What can you transport?

Up to two cars, trucks, or SUVs per haul on our 2025 two-vehicle auto/truck trailer, pulled by a 2024 Ford F-350 dually. We also haul customer-owned gooseneck and bumper-pull trailers — a service most auto carriers do not offer.

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form on our contact page or call us. Tell us your pickup and drop-off locations and what you are moving, and we will respond within one business day with a straight answer.

Who will actually be driving my vehicle?

The owner-operator himself — a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a spotless CDL-A record, Hazmat certification, and a TWIC card. Unlike large transport companies that broker loads to unknown drivers, we never hand off your vehicle.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes — we are fully insured and DOT compliant. A certificate of insurance is available on request with your quote.

Is transport open or enclosed?

We run open transport on a dedicated two-vehicle trailer. Your vehicle is secured with over-the-wheel 3-point straps, and it is never packed onto a nine-car hauler or handed off mid-route.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better for a preferred date, but reach out even for short-notice moves — as a small operation we can often be more flexible than the big carriers.

Can you haul inoperable or modified vehicles?

It depends on the vehicle and its condition — lifted and oversized pickups are routinely fine on our trailer. Send us the details and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
