The short version: we quote honestly, haul carefully, and expect the website to be used in good faith.
Quotes are estimates
Prices quoted through the website, by email, or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before pickup and may change if vehicle details, locations, dates, or operability differ from what was described.
Booking & scheduling
A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Transport is scheduled once we mutually confirm dates, locations, and price. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates — weather, traffic, and legal driving-hour limits can shift them, and we will keep you informed if they do.
Insurance & liability
We are a licensed, insured, DOT-compliant carrier. Vehicles in our custody are covered by our cargo insurance; a certificate of insurance is available on request. Personal items left inside vehicles are not covered — please remove them before transport. Pre-existing damage is documented in a walk-around inspection at pickup and delivery.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. Reviews shown on the site are real feedback received from brokers and customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use our contact forms to send spam, abusive content, or automated submissions. We rate-limit and filter submissions to protect our ability to respond to real customers.
