Privacy Policy
Plain language, because that’s how we do everything: we collect only what we need to quote and haul your vehicle, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle details, and anything you include in your message. We do not ask for — and you should not submit — payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through the website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and providing transport service. Quote requests are delivered to us by email (processed by SendGrid, our email provider), and you receive an automated confirmation at the address you supplied. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics & monitoring
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. If error monitoring (Sentry) is enabled, technical details about a crash — not your form contents — may be recorded to help us fix problems.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to serve you and maintain ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, email contact@haulwithsts.com.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services such as Facebook. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page. Material changes will be dated. This policy was last updated July 10, 2026.
